How Would The Disciples Use Social Media?
If Jesus and the disciples had access to social media, how would they have used it? This reflection imagines a Savior who always empowered the down, the lost, and the least—now with a global platform at His fingertips.
Rather than making it all about Himself, Jesus likely would have used mass audiences to communicate the Kingdom of Heaven—just as He climbed higher on the mountain or moved farther out in a boat so more people could hear.
The disciples, in turn, would have leveraged their unique gifts on their own “platforms,” staying authentically themselves while constantly pointing back to the One who made them that way: Jesus.
